KARINAH SONG IN LOVE BY RIO DE JANEIRO

Owner of the hit “Medo de Amar”, samba Number 1 on the radio, Karinah spent the week in the city rehearsing and setting details for her release show.

The week was hectic for singer Karinah, samba number 1 performer on Brazilian radio stations: “Fear of Amar”. She spent these last few days in Rio de Janeiro, where she closely checked the Multishow Prize, and rehearsed for her expected release show, which will take place in late November for an audience of fans and special guests. Date and place will still be disclosed.

Karina went to the Multishow Prize with friends of the Marauder Smile group. They are part of the same agency office, Fanatica Entertainment. Concerned with the samba world – she is friends with Arlindo Cruz, Dudu Nobre, Alcione – Karinah has already chosen Rio de Janeiro as her second home. “I love this place. Rio has my mood. I love a party! If I leave, I’m the last to leave, ”she joked, who was born in Paraná and today is based in Santa Catarina.

For the new show, Karina has been rehearsing at Century Studio under the baton of Boris Bass, her music producer, who set up a big band for her big debut. “We are rehearsing a very up repertoire. My samba is solar, lively, with a more pop feel. We will have unpublished and rereading that you will be surprised. We’ll start showing the repertoire already, ”she said.

The singer has toured several cities in Brazil this year disclosing her new song, “Fear of Loving”, which reached the 1st place among the most played sambas on radio stations in Brazil and has already passed 130 plays on Spotify. Considered one of the main stakes of samba due to the empathy and popularity of her music, Karinah arrives to strengthen the female wing in the genre. “We need to sing for the female audience, take to the stage what the woman identifies with. The stage is also an attractive place for them. I see myself as a warrior, for being able to sing samba in a male dominated environment. Still has a lot of prejudice and I always like to praise the union. We are here to add with the singers of Brazil ”, warns Karina, who, besides Alcione, is a fan of Dona Ivone Lara, Clara Nunes, Elis Regina, Aunt Surica, among others.
